Salih Gözcu was born in Tokat, Turkey in 1987 and graduated from Sinop University, Faculty of Tourism Management and Hotel Management.
Salih Gözcu started his tourism career in Antalya in 2002 and worked in different positions in various hotels until he was offered a job in Dubai in 2006.
Salih Gözcu started working in Dubai in 2008 and rose rapidly to become the youngest General Manager of the company at the age of 26.
In 2016, based on his significant experience in the tourism sector, he founded his own company called BTB Tours and successfully expanded its activities and opened offices in the Commonwealth of Independent States countries.
In 2017, BTB Tours opened an office in Istanbul.
In 2019, BTB Tours received the “Best Leisure DMC” and “Most Innovative DMC” awards from Arabian Travel Awards. It also received the “Best International DMC” award from QM Tourism Awards Turkey and Salih Gözcu was awarded the “Face of the Future” award.
In 2021, BTB Tours was awarded as “Travel Trendsetter” by Arabian Travel Awards and opened a new office in Egypt as part of its international growth strategy.

In 2022, the company received the “Most Promising MICE Tour Operator” and “Best DMC, UAE” awards from Arabian Travel Awards. This achievement confirms the company’s leading position in the field of tourism and its constant commitment to quality and innovation.
Today, BTB Tours employs more than 300 people. The company is one of the best DMC companies that has proven itself worldwide in 30 different countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Egypt. BTB Tours also operates as a B2B tour operator in Turkey.
